The hotel provides a great alternative for frequent travelers in the Cambui area with excellent facilities. The rooms are spacious, well-decorated, and clean, offering a pleasant stay. The service is remarkable, with staff willing to address any issues promptly. The location is convenient with a stunning pool and gym view. The dining experience offers delicious options, although the bread selection could be improved.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms felt like a mini apartment - spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with cooking facilities and a large fridge, which was fantastic. However, the dining options were lackluster, with the same items every day and a high price for the bread selection. The service was a bit of a letdown, not really nice overall but they did try to solve a problem I had with the room by transferring me to another one. The location in Campinas was great with a wonderful view, offering a refreshing alternative to other hotels in the area.
